Shipment and Rate

• Carrier:   EMS, UPS,DHL,Fedex & USPS.

We ship worldwide by EMS,UPS & USPS. Buyers are responsible for ALL customs and duties (if applies).  All stock items will be shipped out immediately.
•Non-Stocked items only are subject to 6 weeks delivery.

• All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser;

•U. S Continent Customers: US$26.00/PC except Alaska, Hawaii.

RETURN  & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Return. Accept partial exchange! All Sales are Final.

Exchange Conditons and Procedure:

1. Exchanges are only accept under the following conditions 

• The merchandises have not been altered and worn. 
• The merchandises must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all of the original packing materials. The gown cannot be altered. The gown be in perfect condition - no dirt, no make-up, absolutely perfect and clean!

2.You have 24 hours from the time UPS delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to exchange the gown. Then contact your Sales Rep to obtain an exchange authorization code.Please note  it must be visible on the outside of the exchanged box

3.A letter stating the name , address, phone, wedding Date, name on the credit card and reason of exchange must be included in the box and also remember to email to sales@weddingdressonline.com. Please note any exchanges without letter in the box will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

4. Please note two fee must be paid first.

• Additional freight for exchanging is required. 
• 25% restocking fee will be applied for all refused merchandise!

5.please note we don't accept exchange under the following conditions:

• We suggest you to not to wear or alter our merchandise until you are sure you are 100% satisfied with the transaction. No exchange will be issued for altered,modified  items. 
• No exchange will be issued for special order items that are irregular size or not part of our standard line.

Remember

• We stock most common styles, sizes and colors.

• Gowns will need to be pressed/steamed by you once received.
